Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Timeframes

We deliver to all major cities and towns across India:

• Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata): 3–5 business days
• Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 5–8 business days
• Remote Areas & North-East India: 7–12 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, local holidays, or weather conditions.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We offer free standard shipping on all orders above ₹999.

Payment Options

We accept UPI, net banking, credit/debit cards, and major digital wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible pin codes at a nominal handling charge.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number via email and SMS. Use this to track your shipment in real time.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or does not reach you within the expected timeframe, please contact us at ayurfitt@gmail.com within 7 days. We will investigate and arrange a replacement or full refund as appropriate.
